FEES

The Client agrees to pay the quoted amount for the photography services. A refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on delivery of final images.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by BACS. If payment is not received upon delivery of final images, Matthew Lock reserves the right to cancel the contract and retain the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client needs to cancel the contract or change the date, they must do so in writing 48 hours prior to the event or session. If the contract is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be retained.

DELIVERY

Matthew Lock will deliver the final digital photos to the Client 14 days after the event or session. The digital photos will be delivered via “weTransfer” to an email address.

COPYRIGHT

Matthew Lock retains the copyright ownership of all photos taken during the event or session. The Client may use the photos for personal use only and cannot sell, license, or publish the photos without the Photographer's written consent.

LIABILITY

Matthew Lock is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event or session. The Client assumes full responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by themselves or their guests.
